From Jason Toney

Because writing online, for me, has always been about identity formation, identity creation, and what it means for me to be a black person in America. In the process, i went from this kind of hyper-identity -- Negro Please -- to, just me, the smiley brown dude ready for a pants off dance off at a moment's notice. Blogging for me has brought me some of the finest friends I've known, some of the smartest acquaintances a person could have, taken me on adventures I didn't expect, occassionally paid my bills, and got me a fiance.

If that ain't rockstar, I don't know what is. Ya feel me?
